BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

In our program we offer Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. BJJ is an art that primarily teaches Judo throws and ground fighting techniques. We have 3 classes that focus strictly on Brazillian Jiu Jitsu which meets every Monday and Tuesday night 8:15-9:30pm with a Gi (Uniform) And Every Thursday night 8:15-9:30pm No-Gi. We have competition teams that wish to compete in grappling tournaments and those who also wish to earn a Gracie belt ranking.
ADULT MMA
ADULT MMA FITNESS
Learn on the drills and components of Mixed Martial Arts without the contact. A power hour and fifteen minutes of hitting mitts and bags along with strength and conditioning with battle ropes, kettle bells and weight training. We work with injury restrictions in class. If you need more one on one attention checkout our wholesale personal training.

LIL' FIGHTERS MMA
Here your child will develop the foundation to our Children’s Martial Arts Program. Each child will learn Focus, Discipline, and Respect for others along with the basic techniques necessary to take them to the next level in Martial Arts. this is a fun and exciting class that will help build your child's self confidence.
JUNIORS MMA
Here your children will begin working towards their Black Belt. Everything starts with learning the basic tenants of the martial arts such as discipline, respect, focus, and building confidence. Our style of martial arts, American Bu Kyoko Ryu, blends Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, weapons, and street self defense. At the same time, children ages 8-12 will develop muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, and stamina. Your child will learn all of the necessary components to Mixed Martial Arts whether they choose to compete or not. Team Z has trained many kickboxing, boxing, and MMA amateur and professional champions and is looking to pass on those skills to you. Our program will make you look and feel like a real UFC fighter.
ADULT MMA SELF DEFENSE
IIn our adult program you will also learn all of the necessary components of MMA which include Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Wrestling, and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu along with the addition of street self defense, traditional Karate, and weapons. We teach adults of all experience and athletic ability, from the beginner to professional levels. All of our students have an equal opportunity to earn a black belt and compete in a variety of competitions if they choose to do so. This system is designed to teach self defense whether you are in the ring or on the streets. Our hardcore conditioning drills will get you in the best shape of your life while learning something practical, relieving stress, and having fun. Come train and look like a UFC fighter without stepping in the cage

Our program offers the best of both worlds to create well rounded martial artists. We will train fighters who are looking to compete as well as the average person looking to learn self defense. It is very important to not only learn "sport" techniques, but effective techniques that can be used in a street self defense situation. Some of the techniques we teach in our MMA Self Defense program come from Krav Maga. This system was developed by the Israeli military and is taught to some of our military personnel. This type of fighting system focuses more on realistic street self defense techniques and situations such as weapon disarms and multiple attackers. We have an instructor who is certified in Krav Maga

SPECIAL NEEDS MMA
This program is specifically for disabled children and adults. We learn and practice the same striking and wrestling techniques at a slower pace while having fun. Great for developing muscle movement, strength, and balance
